The Importance of Professional Pictures, Staging and Listing with a Real Estate Agent
I recently had the pleasure of listing a home that had been listed privately on Grapevine for months with not a single a viewing appointment.
In previous blog posts I have written about the importance of listing with a real estate agent as opposed to listing your home privately. Among the reasons why listing with a real estate agent is important, this particular home is a perfect example of how necessary and effective it is to have your home staged well, and professional pictures taken to showcase it.
After the home was properly staged and presented, I had an appointment to show this home to prospective buyers within the first week that it was listed with me as the agent.
