Before and After
Curb appeal is so important when selling a home. The smallest detail could cause a potential buyer to disregard your home. You only have ONE chance to make a first impression - especially in the type of market we are in today.
It is not expensive to improve on the small details of your home in order to create a much more appealing home to potential buyers. For example, take a peak at this before and after picture. I had my clients paint the garage doors and it changed the whole dynamic of the curb appeal. Adding flowers are also an inexpensive way to add curb appeal.

Make sure that the front picture of your listing does not reflect a particular time of year. For example, if you list this time of year and a pumpkin is showing in your front shot, this small detail may be detrimental. If a potential buyer views a picture of your home in mid November, a pumpkin in your front shot is a very easy way of divulging how long your home has been on the market. Displaying a pumpkin on your front step is ok for showing your home, but don't allow it to be the reason why your home does not sell as quickly as you had hoped.
